We can act as an Owner’s Engineer to handle overall execution and management responsibilities related to the design, engineering, construction, commissioning and start-up of Open Cycle and Combined Cycle power facilities.
Our project management responsibilities include :
- Costing, scheduling, engineering, construction and risk management
- Coordinating various technical and project teams to ensure the EPC Contractor's adherence to standards, permits, performance, quality and safety expectations
- Reviewing and developing technical standards, specifications, drawings and documents
- Managing day to day commercial and contractual issues
- Monitoring overall Quality Control as well as Health, Safety and Environments matters
